Electrochemical coatings tanks
The electrochemical coating tanks are intended for coating and treatment of the surface of parts using electric current. The tanks are made of chemically resistant materials that neither react with working solutions nor affect adversely their physical and chemical properties. Design and specific features of the electrochemical coating and treatment tanks
The electrochemical tanks include the following assemblies:- The body is made of a material resistant to the electrolyte used. To ensure strength, the body may be equipped with a metal band. If necessary, the body may be equipped with a drain pipe with shut-off valves, an overflow pocket.
- Current-carrying rods with holders (the option to control the inter-anode (inter-cathode) distance is possible).
- Slotted hoods.
If necessary, the tanks may be equipped with the following equipment:
- Lid.
- Heating or cooling device.
- Level sensor.
- Temperature sensor.
- pH sensor.
- Electrolyte stirring system (bubbling, ejector system, mechanism for swinging or shaking of the cathode rod).
- Solution surface cleaning system.
- Periodic or continuous filtration system.
- Rectifier unit.
- Catchers for barrel carriages or carriages with an electrode rod.
- Dosing pumps.
- Support frame with adjustable legs.
