Cathodes for Electroplating Drums

Poliplast LLC cables in the standard version have polyurethane insulation. The crimped terminal on the cable insulation is sealed. The cable is manufactured according to our special requirements and is available in various diameters and conductor cross-sections. There are different terminal options: fixed or removable with threaded connection (right-hand or left-hand version). In the removable terminal version, a chemically resistant sealing ring is used. Polyurethane insulation has high temperature resistance, chemical resistance, wear resistance, and twist resistance.

Replacing flexible cathodes should be part of any maintenance program. A damaged or worn cathode can disrupt the coating process and increase production costs.
