Current Rectifier Calibration

Current Rectifier Calibration

Flex Kraft Rectifier Units

Kraftpowercon (Sweden) produces a wide range of rectifiers for industrial use in aggressive environments.

Advantages

Power Selection: thanks to the modular design, the required power can be selected precisely without paying for excess capacity in the standard range. If more power is needed, only the necessary modules can be added instead of the whole rectifier. Any combination up to 120V and 24,000A is possible.
Flexibility: Flex Kraft rectifiers allow adjustment not only of current and voltage but also of power. Multiple controlled parameters can be set within a single processing program. Parameters can be changed during operation smoothly or with pulsing.
Reliability: Flex Kraft rectifiers can operate 24/7 at maximum load and ambient temperature of 40°C (up to 50°C with reduced power or water cooling). They are protected against short-circuit currents, overloads, and high ambient temperatures.
Output Control: Two independent loads (e.g., two baths) can be connected to the rectifier outputs. Output parameters are individually and fully independently controllable in the 0-100% range.
Modular design

Flex Kraft rectifiers can be air-cooled or water-cooled

Space Saving: small installation area required, further reduced by combining two or more rectifiers.

Quick Repair: if a module fails, the rectifier continues to operate with minimal power loss. The faulty module can be replaced on-site in 15 minutes.
Energy Efficiency: Flex Kraft rectifier efficiency is 90%, power factor over 93%, current ripple 1% across the entire measurement range.

For convenient operation of Flex Kraft rectifiers, Poliplast has developed a remote control panel allowing control of all functions and monitoring parameters on a touchscreen. Flex Kraft rectifiers can integrate with automated control systems or be managed via computer.

Flex Kraft Rectifier Calibration

Another important advantage of Flex Kraft rectifiers is the ability to be calibrated. The rectifier's measurement channels are registered in the State Register of Measuring Instruments. Poliplast has an accredited laboratory and can supply a rectifier with initial calibration and perform periodic on-site calibrations.

Water-Cooled

Water-cooled Flex Kraft rectifiers ensure optimal performance and durability in aggressive environments and use primary switching technology. Rectifiers consist of 1-10 modules plus a control module to form a complete unit.

FlexKraft Single Water-Cooled
FlexKraft Dual Water-Cooled

Air-Cooled

The new KRAFT impulse rectifier range is designed for operation in aggressive electroplating environments. Compact and modular design offers multiple advantages to the owner.
