METERING PUMP WITH ELECTRIC MOTOR DRIVE

The MG series metering pump is a positive displacement piston pump with mechanical drive. It is widely used in the oil, chemical, food, pharmaceutical, paper, light industries, agriculture, water supply stations, and other industrial and technological sectors for handling all types of media in measurement and dosing processes. Depending on the media, various materials are available, including PVC, SS304, SS316, PTFE, and others.

MG series metering pumps can handle liquids with temperatures ranging from -15 ℃ to 60 ℃ and viscosity from 0.3 to 1000 cps, including corrosive or non-corrosive liquids without solid particles. The nominal flow rate of the pump is 15–130 l/h, with a corresponding maximum discharge pressure of 10–4 bar. The pump flow can be adjusted using a handwheel from 0 % to 100 %, regardless of whether the pump is running or not.

In the range from 30 % to 100 % of flow, the steady-state accuracy is ±1 %. This is a simple design, low-power consumption, accurate measurement practical metering pump. Various models can be configured to meet 220 V, 380 V or other motor voltage requirements. Technical specifications and parameters of the pump models are provided in the company’s brochures.
